Recipe 1
SHAHTERE: Add 10 grams of the plant to 1 glass of boiling water, let it sit for 10 minutes, and drink 2-3 glasses a day.

SHEPHERD'S PURSE: Add 1 teaspoon of crushed herb to 1 glass of boiling water, wait for 10 minutes, drink 3-4 glasses a day. Add 4 teaspoons of crushed herb to 4 glasses of cold water, wait for 8 hours, consume in 1 day.
Recipe 3
MISTLETOE: Add 2-4 grams of dried mistletoe leafy branches or seeds to 1 glass of boiling water, wait for 10 minutes, and drink 2-3 glasses a day.
The plant-seed is ground into powder and 1-1.5 grams is taken daily.

JUNIPER SEED: Add 2-4 grams of seeds to 1 glass of boiling water, wait for 10 minutes, drink 2-3 glasses a day.
Or 2-6 drops of juniper essential oil are taken with water or sugar. 4 juniper seeds for 1 day, 5 for 2 days, increasing by one each day for 15 days, and decreasing by one each day going backwards until it is completed.

SAGE: Add 2-10 grams of sage to 1 glass of boiling water, wait for 10 minutes, and drink 2-3 glasses a day.
Sage is ground into powder and 0.5-3 grams is drunk 3 times a day.

BLUEBERRYE: Add 10 grams of rosemary to 1 glass of boiling water, wait for 10 minutes, drink 2-3 glasses a day.
Rosemary is ground into powder and 1-4 grams is taken 3 times a day.
Recipe 7
JUICE ROOT: Juice root, birch leaf, nettle seed, rosemary root, mixed in the same amount, put 1 spoon in 1 glass of boiling water, wait for 10 minutes, drink 3 glasses a day. MINT: Put 1 pinch of mint, 1 pinch of basil, 1 pinch of verbena, 1 pinch of chamomile in 1 glass of boiling water, wait for 10 minutes, drink 1 glass every evening, it balances blood pressure.
