Indigestion

The failure of digestion to function normally and the infrequent functioning of the intestines is called indigestion among the public and dyspepsia in medical terms. The reasons are various. 

Heavy meals, not chewing food properly, tooth or gum inflammation, drinking alcohol or smoking, drinking large amounts of tea or coffee, eating large amounts of sugary or floury foods, anemia, fatigue, nervous breakdown and sadness can be listed among the causes of indigestion.

After a while after eating; a feeling of bloating or burning occurs in the stomach. The need to eat frequently is felt. Constipation is complained of. Some people experience weakness, insomnia, forgetfulness or palpitations.

The first condition of treatment is to get rid of troubles and sorrows. Harmful things are abandoned. Meat dishes are also reduced as much as possible. Excessive food is not eaten. Cold water is not drunk after meals. When hungry between meals, a few galettes are eaten with milk.
