Hand and foot tremors

Recipe 1
BLACK HERB: 
Add 5-10 grams of crushed plant to 1 glass of boiling water, wait for 10 minutes, strain, mix with honey syrup made with vinegar and drink 3-4 glasses a day.
Or, the boiled water of the black pepper plant is drunk with things like cinnamon, cloves, cumin, coriander. 

Recipe 2
MYRT LEAF: 
Myrtle leaves are boiled, and the trembling limbs are washed abundantly with the resulting water.

Recipe 3
MYRTINE OIL: 
Myrtle oil is massaged into the trembling limbs. 

Recipe 4
GARLIC: Garlic, rue and figs are eaten together (rue is a poisonous plant, it should not exceed 1 gr per day).

Recipe 5
CINNAMON OIL:
For hand and foot tremors, massage with cinnamon oil is done.
Cinnamon is boiled, sweetened with honey, and drunk like tea. 

Recipe 6
GINGER POWDER: 
Add 1 teaspoon of ginger to 1 glass of boiling water, wait for 10 minutes, drink 2-3 glasses a day (for body tremors). Ginger is eaten in powder form 2-3 times a day with 0.5-1 gr of sugar. 

Recipe 7
GINGER ROOT: 
Boil ginger root and drink 2-3 glasses a day.

Recipe 8
UDİHİNDÎ: 
Udihindi powder is taken 3 times a day, 1 teaspoon with cold water.

Recipe 9
ROSEMARY: 
10 grams of rosemary is added to 1 glass of boiling water, left for 10 minutes, 2-3 glasses are drunk per day. 3 drops of rosemary oil are eaten with 1 sugar cube. Massage is done with rosemary oil. Rosemary oil is mixed with walnut oil in the same proportion, massage is done 3-5 times per day.

Recipe 10
LEMON JUICE: 
Add 2 drops of cinnamon oil to 1 spoon of sweetened lemon juice and drink (for hand and foot tremors).

Recipe 11
ACORN: 
Acorns are roasted, turned into powder, made into coffee with sugar and drunk.

Recipe 12
SAGE: 
2-10 grams of sage tea is added to 1 glass of boiling water, waited for 10 minutes, 2-3 glasses are drunk per day. Sage tea is boiled, massage is applied to the diseased limbs.
