Where it is found: It is found in forests, among bushes and in mountain areas.
Structure: Stem; branched, inclined, bare and sparsely hairy. It is a perennial thorny and cushion-shaped mountain plant. The leaves are pinnately 5-6 pairs and broadly egg-shaped. The flowers are yellowish green, the flower cluster is in the form of a panicle, the stems coming from the leaf axils are the same length as the leaves. The fruit is a sickle-shaped, curved bean. It has brown seeds inside. It blooms in June-July.
Kullanılan Kısımlar: Saplar; meyvelerin teşekkülü zamanında (Temmuz- Ağustos aylarında ağaçlanmış klaın saplar alınmaz.) toplanır. Gölgede veya 40 derece ye kadar ısılı fırınlarda kurutulur. Kuru saplar yeşil renkte, kokusuz ve acı tattadır. Kabul edilen rutubet %12 dir. Balya halinde paketlenir.

Diseases Used For: The plant has a calming and anti-inflammatory effect.
The stems are used in folk medicine for inflammations, stomach and intestinal pain and bloating, increasing milk production in wet nurses, painful and irregular menstrual periods, sciatica, etc.
Usage: Boil 2 tablespoons of the plant in 0.5 liters of water for 10 minutes. Take a tea glass before meals 4 times a day.
