Recipe 1
PLANT HERB: 
Add 10-20 grams of plantain and 20 grams of calamus root to 1 glass of boiling water, wait for 10 minutes and drink 3 glasses a day in sips.

Recipe 2
PLANE SPIRIT: 
Drop 10 drops of plantain spirit onto a sugar cube in the morning and 7 drops in the evening and eat.
