Cramp
CRAMP:
Sudden, involuntary, painful contraction of a muscle or muscle group.
Recipe 1
ROSEMARY OIL:
Eat 3 drops of rosemary oil with 1 cube of sugar.
Recipe 2
LEMON:
Squeeze 1 lemon, apply the juice to the soles of the feet and leave it like that. Continue this treatment for 15 days (it definitely prevents cramps).

CAMPHORI:
10 grams of camphor is powdered, mixed with 50 grams of turpentine, 50 grams of pure olive oil, and 50 grams of alcohol, shaken well, the diseased area is rubbed with this solution, tied with a woolen cloth, left overnight, and the treatment is continued for a few days.
