In the last step, yoghurt and salt are added to the puree and kneaded well. During the kneading process, some wheat flour can be added to make it thicker. After the ingredients are mixed well, it is left to stand overnight with its mouth covered with a cloth. The next day, the prepared dough can be spread out and dried easily.
