Curry is a spice obtained by mixing many spices. It is widely used in India and Southeast Asia. It should be stored in cool, dry and dark places. It contains cumin, pepper, turmeric, coriander, cloves, cardamom, ginger, nutmeg, tamarind and hot red pepper. It is a powerful antioxidant. It is also consumed as a cancer preventive. It can be used directly as a sauce after cooking or can be prepared cold. You can make a sauce on red meat or chicken by preparing a mixture of curry, yogurt, lemon juice and garlic.
