Nerve Grass, Sharp Nerve Grass is a perennial plant with 10-50 cm height, roots in the form of fringes and rising vertically. The leaves are lanceolate, the edges are entire, the tip is pointed, slightly hairy, it consists of 5-9 main veins from the beginning to the end, dark green leaves. Its flowers are in a cylindrical or globe-shaped flower cluster on a stem. Its fruits are 3-4 mm in size, egg-shaped, with two seeds inside, and the seeds are long and blackish in color. The difference of the large Nerve Grass is that its leaves are wide, approximately 8-12 cm long, 5-9 cm wide, egg-shaped, with slightly wavy edges.

It grows almost everywhere and multiplies by seeds. The leaves of the plantain, especially the fresh leaves, are collected without being crushed from May to October and dried in airy, dry places. It is dried in a place where it will not get damp.
