Foods that prevent the formation of stones and help them break down;

Avocado, broad bean, tomato, artichoke, green bean, carrot, asparagus, celery, cabbage, lettuce, chickpea, potato, turnip, radish, oat, couch root, goldenrod, horsetail, berberis, heather, cherry straw, arbutus, gorse, madder, rose hip, corn ash, wild chicory, wild celery, sticky grass. 

 

  Recipe 1

  LINDEN: Add 2 grams of linden to 1 glass of boiling water, wait for 10 minutes, drink 3-5 glasses a day. Linden is ground into powder and 1-4 grams is taken 3-5 times a day. 

 

  Recipe 2

  RADISH: Radish is squeezed, 1 teaspoon of its juice is taken in 1 cup of water on an empty stomach in the morning. Radish seeds are powdered, 5 grams are taken twice a day. 

 

  Recipe 3

  PLAIN LEAF: Add 10-20 grams of fresh or dry leaves to 1 glass of boiling water, wait for 10 minutes, drink 2-3 glasses a day. The same amount can be used by boiling for 5-10 minutes..
