If applied to the face, 3-4 drops of aromatic oil are added to 1 liter of water and applied. It can be applied in the form of steam for headaches, bronchitis, respiratory tract disorders, and flu.
It has an antiseptic feature if applied directly or by steam on acne-prone skin. A massage with sesame oil will relax you a lot.
