Bitter Herb, has beautiful yellow flowers that bloom in July-August, are tubular and in groups. It has a dark exterior and yellow interior rhizome (rootstock) and root hairs attached to it. The plant reproduces by seeds. The rhizome and root hairs are dug up in the autumn season. These are sliced and carefully cut into small pieces.

1/2 teaspoon of it is added to 1 glass of water and the water is heated. A decoction is prepared by boiling for 5 minutes. This decoction is drunk one glass before meals or when there is bloating and pain in the stomach. It also has a healing effect on wounds. To achieve this, the wounds are washed externally with the same decoction several times a day. It is an important plant used in cancer treatment.
