Botanical Information: It is from the Apiaceae family. It is a plant that is approximately 50-60 cm tall, has a greenish gray body, three-part base leaves, is very thorny and has a short stem. It blooms from June to September. Its flowers are whitish, bluish or green. Its thick and brown roots go down to great depths.
It grows abundantly in non-calcareous soils, sunny places, roadsides and fields, especially in coastal areas in Anatolia.
