CINNAMON BAR: Cinnamon barkThe steam is boiled like tea and 2-3 glasses are drunk per day. 

 

 

CINNAMON POWDER: Add half to one teaspoon of cinnamon to 1 glass of boiling water, wait for 10 minutes, drink 2-3 glasses a day. Take 0.10-0.40 grams of cinnamon powder with some sugar several times a day.

 

 

BALM: Add 4-10 grams of the plant to 1 glass of boiling water, wait for 10 minutes, drink 3 glasses a day before or after meals. The plant is powdered, drink 1-2 grams 3-4 times a day. Lemon balm seeds are powdered, drink 3 grams 3 times a day. The fresh plant is squeezed, and half a cup of its water is drunk (for asthma, heart, stomach spasms).

 

 

LAVENDER FLOWER: Put 8-10 grams of flowers in 1 glass of boiling water, wait for 10 minutes, drink 3-4 glasses a day. Or make into powder and drink 1-2 grams 3 times a day. 

 

 

LAVENDER OIL: Take 3-4 drops a day with 1 sugar. 

 

 

ANISE: Add 2-4 grams of anise to 1 glass of boiling water, let it sit for 10 minutes, drink 2-3 glasses a day. Anise is ground into powder, drink 0.5-1 grams 3 times a day. LIQUORICE: Add 10 grams of crushed root to 1 glass of boiling water, let it sit for 10 minutes, drink 2-3 glasses a day.
