(Scille, Scillae bulbus, Sea onion, Urginea maritima):

It is a type of plant from the lily family. Its leaves are long ribbon-shaped. Its flowers are green and have white veins. The bulb part, which weighs about 2 kilograms, is under its leaves. It is bitter and poisonous. 7.5 grams of scallions can easily kill a person. It is not used when fresh. Otherwise, it causes poisoning and vomiting. The fleshy middle part of the onion is sliced and dried. Then it is pounded and turned into powder. It should not be used without knowing very well.

Places of use:
It is diuretic. It removes water accumulated in the body of heart patients. It reduces azotemia. It should not be used by kidney patients.
