Anemia
In short, anemia, commonly known as anemia among the public, is the low number of red blood cells and the low amount of the substance called hemoglobin in the red blood cells.

In medical terms, anemia is the decrease in the number of red cells or red substances called hemoglobin in the blood, or both. The most important reason is not being nourished enough. It is also seen in chronic hemorrhoidal bleeding, excessive menstrual bleeding, some congenital diseases, rheumatism, leukemia and cancer. Typical symptoms of anemia can be summarized as follows. Facial pallor, shortness of breath, palpitations, weakness, and swelling in the ankles are seen. The patient's nose bleeds frequently, and the tongue is bitter. Loss of appetite, diarrhea and sometimes vomiting are seen. The first condition of treatment is rest, fresh air and eating blood-forming foods.
