How to Prepare Thyme Tea.

1-2 teaspoons of thyme is boiled with 1 glass of boiling water, brewed for 7-8 minutes, filtered. Drink 2-3 glasses of hot tea a day.

Bath

100 gr. thyme is tied loosely in a cheesecloth and added to 2-3 litres of water. After heating to boiling point, it is brewed for 15 minutes, the pulp in the cheesecloth is squeezed well and added to the bath water. The bath time should not exceed 15-20 minutes.
